The place is a private accommodation in a convenient area within a 10-minute walk from Chiba City Zoological Park and it's Chiba City Monorail Station. However, due to the conditions surrounding the house are bad, we will offer you
with a discounted price.
The facilities are the same as ordinary private accommodation facilities.
***Why is it so cheap to rent a whole house?***
Because the front of the house faces a large road which shakes when a big car goes through. (The front door opens directly in traffic)
And
I think that it is a facility not to be suitable for those who care about the sound and shaking of the car.
Although the conditions surrounding the house are not so good, the facilities are the same as ordinary private accommodation facilities.
It is a facility where you can stay for up to 10 people at reasonable prices.
